Email [email protected] for Personalized Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Practice Jerseys, Onesies, Face Masks, etc.) inquiries. Please submit your design ideas (Attach native file (.svg file preferred)), and we will review the inquiry in 24 hours. Turnaround time must be provided within initial inquiry, and it will need to be a week in advance. Depending on product availability we will inform you if we are able to fulfill your order. A Mock-Up Fee of a minimum $95 will be due at the beginning of the design phase. The Mock-Up Design will include a maximum of two changes within the draft design. A deposit is required for all orders placed, with the Full Balance to be paid at delivery of the order in person or at the shipment time. Please refer to the Product Customization Policy tab.

Non-Refundable Deposit Fee for Bulk Orders - T-Shirt, Hoodies, Glassware, etc. Customer Approval is required to process the order. 2 Max (Color, Font, Size, etc.) Changes in the Approval Process. You will receive an email once the Approval Process, and Production Process begins. Changes at Production time will stop the Production of items, and we will make a decision at that time of how we will proceed. A deposit fee will need to be repaid if customer changes any information during the production timeframe as we cannot waste material to fulfill the order.
